Our wine-cellar boasts a selection of almost 600 labels: great attention is granted to wines from Alessandrian territories - Monferrato Casalese, Colli Tortonesi, Gavi e Colline Ovadesi, etc.
and also to the productions from Toscana, Alto Adige, Friuli and Sicily, not to mention the ones from Marche and Abruzzo, emerging realities in the sector.

Among foreign labels our preference goes to wines from Spain and France: champagnes gain a prominent position.

Our sommelier, Luca Bertana, orients his search towards autochthonous vines - Timorasso is one of them - and small wine-growers production; he shows the same care in the selection of distillates.
